Historic Walk: Clarkson Village History Trail (Part One)
Join local historian Richard Collins for the first of two fall walking tours exploring the rich history of Clarkson Village and the surrounding area.
Part 1: Step back in time and explore Clarkson’s two downtowns! This walk will include Clarkson’s two main streets – Lakeshore Rd. W., the centre of activity today, and the Main Street of 100 years ago on Clarkson Rd. N.
Richard will share stories of the people, buildings, and landmarks that shaped our community.
Please note: Some content will be repeated from the historic walks held during our Strawberry Festival in June.
